Hi, I'm OhSweetMurder also known ingame as SyntactixOfficial, my Role is The Director of Staffing (Fancy word for someone running anything staff related like making ranks for staff, setting up staff handbooks staff rules templates and recruiting staff members to the team.)I am 27 years old and I'm from the Netherlands and live in a peaceful village on the outskirts of Groningen, like Hawx I'm a passionate gamer, Video Editor and Streamer/YouTuber (I have not been live in quite a while so please don't look me up 🫣 )
I have also been fermenting fruits into Mead and have a couple of bottles of alcohol ageing right now, I'm still a beginner so I have no idea what I'm doing but its a fun hobby when you want to do something that is not normal
The Reason I have been hired by Hawx is my Staffing experience I have acquired over the years from Trainee to mod/admin to staff manager to Director of Staffing and more, I have been the lowest of the low to the highest ranking staff member in my 12+ years experience staffing for a lot of communities,
Other then Staffing I also have other duties:
• Support ( 💳・create-a-ticket will mostly be answered by me and directed to someone to help you or i will be helping)
• HR (if there are problems within the teams or they do not feel valued they can talk to me about their doubts and worries)
Even though I do not have a lot of experience with Rust I can see that the player base is very passionate about their builds and the relationships they form with each other and I have enjoyed myself a lot helping you all do this, I still cant wait for Garry's mod to come back though 😛
